What you need to keep in mind is that the seller who accepts a very low offer is the one that makes the final decision, just because you gave them a very low offer doesn’t mean anything and that is why you should never think you are cheating somebody out of their home.

One other reason why investing in real estate right now is such a great idea is because the interest rates keep on dropping. Something that you need to understand is that buying is supposed to go up when the interest rates go down yet for the past 4 years that has not happened according to plan. The very last thing that I want to make sure you understand is that buying real estate right now is not the easiest thing to do and the reason is because you should have a lot of the purchase price saved up, with the economy headed in all sorts of directions it would be frightening to buy a home on nothing but leverage.
